Stewart Atkins is admitted to practice in New York. He is not currently admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. He is supervised by a member of the DC Bar.
Stewart Atkins is an associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to becoming an associate, Stewart gained experience as a summer associate with the firm. In this role, he worked with partners and associates to analyze client financial statements, performance metrics, and capital structure materials to ensure compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Additionally, he drafted client materials regarding regulatory developments and ongoing securities and investment fund shareholder litigation.
