She provides strategic advice to C-suite management, investment bankers, in-house counsels, and professional investors in complex corporate transactions and commercial projects. In particular, she has rich experience advising ultra-high net worth individuals and families in corporate and regulatory matters. Her experience also includes advising on initial public offerings (IPO), pre-IPO enquiries, underwriting agreements, and A+H and Chapter 18A listings.
