Wyatt Hornstein is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquistions practice group. Before joining the firm, Wyatt was a legal extern in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office where he worked in the Data Privacy and Security Division. Through this role he investigated data breach notifications and investigative demands to assess cybersecurity systems. He also reviewed discovery documents and case law to inform litigation strategy for ongoing multistate litigation. Previously, he was a summer associate at the firm’s Orange County office where he revised privacy policies, privacy notices, cookie policies, and consumer deletion forms.
