Yang Wang is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice. With over 20 years of extensive experience, his practice is primarily focused on cross-border acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investments. He also has extensive experience advising Chinese companies on initial public offerings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Yang regularly represents private equity funds, multinational companies, family offices, investment banks, Chinese private companies, as well as state-owned enterprises.
