Frank Xue is a partner and a member of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Frank was a special counsel at an international law firm where he focused his practice on cross-border transactions and corporate matters. He advised clients on matters of foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, as well as corporate structuring and governance, commercial contracts, labor and employment, and corporate immigration matters. He has advised companies looking to pursue a US strategy, as well as the overseas activities of US-based companies. His work has included foreign exchange control, regulatory and approval matters, anti-corruption investigations and compliance, and CFIUS filings and export and sanction compliance research.
