Triage Planned for Bullying Claims in Australia

Date: 12 November 2013

On the 1st of January 2014 employees will be able to take bullying complaints to the Fair Work Commission. This amendment was introduced by the previous Federal Government and the current Federal Government has indicated that they will stick with this proposal.

In this interview, Alice DeBoos discusses the implications these amendments will have employers, as well as possible approaches that the Fair Work Commission may take to manage claims.
