This webinar discusses the recent European Court of Justice decision, which invalidated the US-EU Safe Harbor framework relied upon by 4,400 US companies to legally allow the transfer of personal data from Europe to the US.
Effective immediately, this ruling may force all of the 4,400 US entities and many more thousands of their European counterparts (affiliates, partners, service providers, etc.) to seek alternate modes of data transfer or risk non-compliance with EU data protection requirements.
