Austin Shepard is an associate in the firm’s Health Care and FDA practice. His experience with operational and regulatory compliance matters includes physician contracting and issues related to the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, state fraud and abuse laws, corporate practice of medicine, and state facility licensure and regulation.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin served as an associate with another international law firm, where he represented national surgery center management companies, private equity-backed physician practice platforms, and physician practices.
