Christian Scarlett is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. He focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, hospitality transactions, leases, and development projects. Christian advises clients in all stages of their real estate transactions including drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents (loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, hotel franchise and management agreements, and leases) performing due diligence, and managing those transactions to closing.
