Prior to joining the firm, Clarke served as an associate at a Nashville law firm where he focused his practice on business, real estate, health care, and securities matters. Clarke also has experience in complex real estate transactions that include land use planning and development. He has facilitated acquisition and disposition of health care related properties, including due diligence review, as well as drafted purchase and sale agreements, lease amendments, and tenant estoppels. In addition, Clarke drafted research memos on various topics including breach of contract remedies, eviction rights, and enforceability of liquidated damages.
