Eleonora is a trainee in the firm's Milan office. She focuses her practice on commercial and corporate matters, advising Italian and international clients regarding M&A transactions, as well as in relation to corporate litigation.
She graduated in Law in 2022 from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan, with a thesis in Antitrust Law concerning European Commission regulation of cross-border mergers in the luxury market, after attending a semester of study at National University of Singapore.
