Felipe E. Creazzo

Felipe Eluf Creazzo is a partner whose practice centers on cross-border M&A and finance transactions, with a strong emphasis on the infrastructure, environmental services, logistics, energy, mining, and technology sectors. He advises global companies, investment funds and financial institutions on multijurisdictional acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital financings—particularly in transactions involving Latin America, the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Felipe has substantial experience guiding clients in highly regulated and capital-intensive industries, including environmental management and emergency response services, logistics and transportation, mining and natural resources and technology. He regularly advises strategic investors and private equity firms on platform acquisitions, roll-up strategies, and exits across these sectors.

He also assists Latin American founders and companies as they expand into developed markets, and counsels international clients investing or structuring operations in Latin America through M&A, greenfield projects, joint ventures, and privatization programs.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Creazzo was a partner in the finance and capital markets practices of a law firm in Brazil. Previously, he was a senior associate in the New York office of a major international law firm.
