Harrison Langsford

Harrison is a lawyer in the Corporate Transactions team in Perth, focusing on M&A and Capital Markets.

Harrison has advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, foreign investment, public and private equity, venture capital, grant funding, sanctions and modern slavery compliance. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate transactions, including structuring, due diligence, drafting transaction documents and addressing post-transaction implementation issues.

Harrison has experience with a broad range of clients including listed companies, private companies, aboriginal corporations, high-wealth individuals and start-ups. He has had exposure to a broad range of industries and sectors including minerals, oil and gas, engineering, financial services, agriculture, transport and sports administration.

Harrison also provides governance and structuring advice to sporting bodies and associations, ranging from the grass-roots community level to peak bodies in Western Australia. He also serves as a tribunal member for Football West.

Harrison is also a strong contributor to the firm's pro bono practice, providing advice to a range of not-for-profits with diverse charitable endeavours. He is passionate in ensuring access to justice is available for those less fortunate in the Australian community.

Harrison joined K&L Gates' graduate program in 2023, rotating in the corporate, litigation and dispute resolution, and real estate groups. In addition to his corporate experience, Harrison worked on various matters during his graduate rotations including commercial property acquisitions, leasing, commercial disputes and financial crime.

Prior to this, Harrison worked at K&L Gates as a paralegal.
