Jacob Towles is an associate and a member of the Health Care and FDA practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Jacob served as a corporate counsel extern for a national health care, medical-surgical, and pharmaceutical distribution company. Through this role, Jacob examined various company contracts and identified provisional obligations. He also conducted extensive research on the Anti-Kickback Statute and analyzed different types of rebates within contracts. Jacob previously served as a summer associate at the firm, where he performed due diligence regarding mergers, and edited contracts, licensure agreements, and notices of termination. In addition, Jaocb assisted in drafting mediation statements and memoranda for upcoming litigation.
