Prior to joining the firm, Jake served as a summer associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where he drafted a range of ancillary agreements for both corporate and finance matters, conducted due diligence, and prepared client-facing memoranda on various corporate legal issues.
While in law school, Jake worked full-time in the corporate strategy group of a private healthcare company, where he supported all aspects of the M&A process. His responsibilities included reviewing investor presentations, performing business and financial due diligence on potential acquisition targets, and partnering with senior executives on strategic initiatives.
