Prior to joining the firm, Jamie served as an associate at a Nashville law firm where he provided advice and counseling to employers on various labor and employment law matters, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Jamie also assisted in representing employers in litigation regarding matters involving breach of noncompetition agreements, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Jamie has handled civil litigation cases, including insurance defense, education, and personal injury.
