Jessica Choi is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice group with experience in compliance and transactional matters across the Hong Kong and US capital markets. Her experience spans corporate financing, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and subsequent share issuances.
In addition to capital markets work, Jessica has assisted with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and both transactional and non-transactional regulatory advice. She has represented a number of Hong Kong Main Board issuers in their annual retainer matters relating to post-listing compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Previously, Jessica worked in the Enforcement Division of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, focusing on investigations into insider trading and market manipulation involving listed companies. She has accumulated regulatory enforcement experience that enables her to offer corporate clients practical compliance advice and help to respond to regulatory challenges.
