K&L Gates Advises National Arbitration & Media Holdings, LLC on Investment in Alternative Dispute Resolution Business
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP represented National Arbitration & Mediation Holdings, LLC (NAM), a New York based provider of alternative dispute resolution services, in connection with the investment by Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in St. Louis. The transaction closed on 16 July 2024.
