K&L Gates Advises Walex Products Company, on Sale to Riverarch Equity Partners

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised Walex Products Company, Inc., a market-leading cleaning and sanitation chemicals company headquartered in Leland, North Carolina, on its acquisition by Riverarch Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm that invests in US and Europe-based distribution, food and beverage, business and consumer services, and specialized manufacturing businesses.

The K&L Gates Corporate deal team was led by Charlotte partner Sean Jones and Charleston partner Andrew Lloyd, with assistance from Charlotte associates Anna Sgrignoli and Andreas Myers.
