K&L Gates Assists Daily Harvest in its Acquisition by Chobani

Global law firm K&L Gates advised plant-based food maker Daily Harvest, Inc., in connection with its acquisition by Chobani Global Holdings LLC. The acquisition broadens Chobani’s reach into ready-to-make meals that include smoothies, pasta, and breakfast bowls. Founded in 2015, Daily Harvest became one of the first businesses to ship clean, nutritious food directly to customers’ doorsteps and has since expanded its portfolio to include meals and snacks that are available online and in retail.

The K&L Gates team was led by New York partner Josh Berick and included Charlotte partners Mary Scott Kennedy and Randy Clark along with Charlotte associates Kristin Taylor and Dylan Blackburn
