K&L Gates Guides Terramont Infrastructure Partners on Strategic Acquisition of Majority Interest in Bull Moose Capital

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP assisted Terramont Infrastructure Partners, a middle-market focused North American infrastructure investment manager, on its acquisition of Bull Moose Capital Ltd. Canada's largest provider of natural gas compression solutions, Bull Moose provides reliable and cost-effective power generation and compression solutions for the natural gas processing and transportation industry.

K&L Gates served as corporate counsel and fund counsel on this deal. The team was led by New York partners Ed Dartley and Adam Tejeda and included Charleston partner Andrew Lloyd, New York partners Jonathan Barron and Chris Carson, and New York associates Brigitte Shaw, Benjamin Augugliaro and Jamie Robinson.
