Kevin A. Page

Kevin Page is a partner in the firm's Nashville office. He is a member of the Health Care and FDA practice group.

Kevin represents for-profit and nonprofit health systems, post-acute providers, ambulatory surgery centers, and other health care providers and digital health clients on complex health care regulatory compliance, operational, and transactional matters, including advising on state and federal fraud and abuse laws (such as Stark, Anti-Kickback, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, False Claims Act, fee splitting laws, etc.), CMS/OIG self-disclosures, HIPAA privacy and security compliance and investigations, overpayment determinations, and assisting clients with sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Kevin also has substantial experience in advising clients on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations, provider enrollment and credentialing, provider-based requirements, reimbursement issues, state professional licensing regulations, corporate practice of medicine laws, Part C/Part D FDR compliance, and various other state and federal health care laws

Prior to joining the firm Kevin served as a partner for a United States law firm, where he focused his practice on issues related to Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement, HIPAA privacy and security, and Stark and anti-kickback compliance. Kevin has experience with regard to overpayment determinations and regulatory investigations, as well as audits and appeals involving state and federal reimbursement matters. Kevin also has assisted surgery centers, physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and additional health care providers and beyond with transactional cases, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
