Lauren M. Flynn

Lauren Flynn is a government affairs analyst in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where she is a member of the public policy and law practice group. Lauren works with a variety of clients to develop and implement policy strategies, coordinate complex outreach campaigns, and keep them informed regarding developments on issues of importance to them. Additionally, she assists with managing a variety of stakeholder coalitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked for a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives as a legislative assistant and legislative correspondent. During this time, she advised the congressman on a number of issue areas, including defense, veterans affairs, homeland security, education, foreign policy, arts and humanities, housing, postal, and transportation. Additionally, she worked on a variety of appropriations and authorization related issues.

Lauren earned her Master of Public Policy degree with an emphasis in national security and public policy from George Mason University, and was inducted into Pi Alpha Alpha, the Global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
