Nicole Weyrich is a senior transaction lawyer in the investment management practice located in the Munich office. Her work focuses on capital markets and regulatory issues in connection with the issuing of investment products, in particular securities and the preparation of securities prospectuses (including approval procedures).
She also advises in connection with the issuance and structuring of derivative financial instruments. Ms. Weyrich also is experienced in advising on matters related to the documentation and distribution of investment funds. Finally, she advises on the negotiation of framework agreements for OTC transactions and the preparation of the corresponding documentation.
