OFCCP Compliance Series: Affirmative Action Verification Initiative, Part 3

On Thursday, 2 December OFCCP announced that it is moving forward with affirmative action verification and that covered federal contractors and subcontractors will need to certify they have affirmative action programs in place at every establishment or line of business by 30 June 2022. OFCCP also announced that the related Contractor Portal will be opening even sooner on 1 February 2022. Time is certainly of the essence here, and it's important to use this time to prepare.
