RiKaleigh Omosheyin

RiKaleigh Omosheyin is an associate and a member of the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. In practice, RiKaleigh focuses on advising clients on the policing, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks. RiKaleigh has experience managing global trademark portfolios and providing trademark strategy through a global lens. RiKaleigh also advises clients on web based infringement and enforcement strategy.

RiKaleigh has worked with clients in multiple industries including fashion, beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, real estate, food, and medical devices. In addition to counseling, RiKaleigh has experience litigating trademark cases in federal court as well as experience handling opposition and cancelation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining the firm, RiKaleigh served as an associate in a Chicago based law firm where she focused on trademark and counterfeiting litigation. Her experience includes advising clients on policing web based counterfeiters, drafting briefs, and conducting research related to trademark lawsuits. In addition, RiKaleigh has experience advising clients as it relates to trademark prosecution, policing, and clearance.
