Sarah Kwong

Sarah Kwong is an associate and a member of the Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as a senior associate at an international law firm. Through this role, Sarah was part of the disputes resolution and technology, media, and telecommunications teams, with key practice areas in general commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency, and both contentious and non-contentious TMT matters.

Sarah comes from a background focusing on complex cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration, with experience in working with clients involving companies in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, and various offshore islands including the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. Sarah draws on her legal experience in disputes resolution to provide clients with practical insights during contract negotiation, and brings a strategic and creative mindset to her clients’ legal matters so that they can successfully navigate the challenges of dispute resolution.

Sarah regularly speaks on issues related to technology and dispute resolution, most recently giving a presentation on AI and the Future of Work at the 25th Hong Kong In-House Congress 2023 on the challenges that companies and jurisdictions grapple with as AI continues to shape the workplace landscape.
