Sarah Swanson is a Government Affairs Analyst in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where she is a member of the Public Policy and Law practice group. Sarah works with a variety of clients and associations to develop policy strategies to address federal legislative and regulatory issues, including coordinating outreach to government agencies and Congressional offices. Additionally, Sarah works to ensure continuous support for clients by monitoring updates and providing coverage on policy developments. She has assisted numerous clients in securing and increasing federal funding for priorities ranging from vertical farming to expanding access to clean drinking water and adequate sanitation in the developing world. Sarah was actively involved in the bipartisan passage of the Postal Service Reform Act of 2022, identifying the U.S. Postal Service as part of the national critical economic infrastructure and ensuring continued delivery of mail and packages together six days a week to every address.
Sarah is an active member with Women in Logistics and Delivery Services (WILDS) and Women in Government Relations (WGR) including the Energy, Environment & Agriculture Task Force.
