Taxing Expectations: The Budget Reconciliation Process

In 2025, Congress may, once again, use the budget reconciliation process to pass major economic legislation. If so, the stakes will be high, and the arcane rules of the reconciliation process will be important. This webinar provides a primer about the operation of the reconciliation process (and how you should prepare for it), including such things as the application of the Byrd Rule, which creates a point of order against “extraneous” provisions.
