Prior to joining the firm Xenovia served as a part-time contractor for a corporate investment banking company in the Boston area. Through this role, Xenovia researched at both individual company and macro industry levels, corporate governance matters, which included but were not limited to stock-related plans, corporate defensive measures, shareholder proposals, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation related matters for officers, directors, and employees. Xenovia also analyzed SEC filings, such as a 14A, 10-K, and/or 8-K.
