Xenovia Bartholomew is an associate in the firm's Boston office. She is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Xenovia focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters across diverse industries. She also regularly assists both public and private companies with corporate governance, securities law compliance, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm Xenovia served as a part-time contractor for a corporate investment banking company in the Boston area. Through this role, Xenovia researched at both individual company and macro industry levels, corporate governance matters, which included but were not limited to stock-related plans, corporate defensive measures, shareholder proposals, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation related matters for officers, directors, and employees. Xenovia also analyzed SEC filings, such as a 14A, 10-K, and/or 8-K.
