Prior to joining the firm, Yoting served as an in-house lawyer at a management company of a renowned domestic private equity firm in Taiwan. While there, she concentrated her practice in advising on venture capital fundraisings, business investments, post-investment management, corporate governace and regulatory compliance.
Before then, Yoting practiced law at a leading full-service Taiwanese law firm. Her practice included private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, foreign investments, and general corporate and commercial matters.
