Abraham M. Weill

Abraham Weill is an associate at the firm's Seattle office, recognized for his experience in high-stakes commercial litigation. Abraham has played a pivotal role in representing both public and private companies facing bet-the-company disputes, navigating complex contractual and business issues with precision necessary for fast-paced legal proceedings. His litigation portfolio includes defending and prosecuting claims for Fortune 500 corporations, emerging growth companies, and municipal entities in matters where the stakes are potentially transformative. Abraham’s practice spans a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including construction law, where he has advised and represented clients in multimillion-dollar negotiations and resolutions for major infrastructure projects, and real estate litigation where he has represented for-profit and non-profit entities in fast-moving, high-value scenarios. He is trusted by municipal and non-profit entities to handle litigation with far-reaching public impact, and by private companies to safeguard their interests in mission-critical cases.

Abraham maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration contexts for asylum and deportation proceedings, and working with the firm's Cyber Civil Rights Project to represent victims of online sex crimes. Abraham also co-chaired the Legal Foundation of Washington’s Associates Campaign for Equal Justice, where he worked with other law firms to raise money for the Legal Foundation of Washington, which provides over US$10mm annually in grants to civil legal aid organizations. In 2025, Abraham helped lead the Associates Campaign to its best year ever, raising over US$450,000 for civil legal aid, and led K&L Gates to winning the Amicus Award for its efforts towards the campaign.

Prior to joining the firm, Abraham served as a summer legal assistant for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General - Education Division. While there, he assisted the AGO in representation of public schools and universities in employment, land use, and benefits matters. Abraham also worked for the firm as a summer associate. While here, he completed assignments relating to intellectual property, real estate, employment, and contract law. He also worked to extend a recent Supreme Court holding to a Native tribe seeking federal recognition.
