Harrison Langsford is a lawyer in the firm's Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. He has advised on M&A, corporate structuring, foreign investment, public and private equity, venture capital, grant funding, sanctions, and modern slavery compliance. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate transactions, including structuring, due diligence, drafting transaction documents and addressing post-transaction implementation issues.
Harrison has experience with a broad range of clients including listed companies, private companies, Aboriginal corporations, high-wealth individuals and start-ups. He has had exposure to a broad range of industries and sectors including minerals, oil and gas, engineering, financial services, agriculture, transport, and sports administration.
Harrison also provides governance and structuring advice to sporting bodies and associations, ranging from the grassroots community level to peak bodies. He has also served as a tribunal member for Football West.
