Jacqueline Fu's practice focuses on general corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity, venture capital, securities law and labor and employment.

General Corporate: Jacqueline advises Taiwan public companies and subsidiaries of multinational companies on the legal issues encountered in their day-to-day operations, including incorporation and management of foreign-owned entities in Taiwan, company, labor, consumer protection, privacy, corporate governance and legal compliance.

Strategic Investments, M&A and Private Equity: Jacqueline advises clients on a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions, including cross border transactions, minority and control investments, and joint ventures. She regularly acts for both domestic and multinational clients on transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation and execution. 

Labor and Employment: Jacqueline assists clients with the preparation of employee hiring documentation, company policies, employee termination documentation and strategy, responses to labor inspection, trade secret protection, employee investigations, workforce restructuring and employee dispute resolution such as mediation and litigation. She also manages overseas employment litigation for Taiwan-based clients. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jacqueline served as the Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan and spent 10 years in another global firm in Taipei.
