Julie Park is a Corporate partner in the firm's Capital Markets practice group. Recognized by Chambers for her capital markets practice, Julie advises public and private companies, financial institutions, and investors on a variety of corporate matters and securities transactions, including initial public offerings and follow-on equity and debt offerings. She also has significant experience advising Korean and international clients on cross-border transactions and previously co-led her former firm's Korea practice. Julie represents clients in additional transactional matters, including private placements, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and SPAC transactions.
