Recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers USA for her capital markets practice, Julie advises public and private companies, financial institutions, and investors on a variety of corporate matters and securities transactions, including initial public offerings, SPAC transactions, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, equity lines of credit, and private placements. She also has significant experience advising Korean and international clients on cross-border transactions.
