Lucas Nicolet-Serra is a partner at the firm specialising in regulatory compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity, with a particular focus on the life sciences and fintech sectors. He advises multinational corporations, financial investors, and fast-growth technology companies on complex cross-border matters spanning data protection, sector-specific regulatory and commercial strategies and Artificial Intelligence.
Beyond his core sectors, Lucas has extensive data privacy and cybersecurity experience serving clients in the energy, luxury, logistics, transportation and hospitality industries, advising on cross-border data flows, breach response, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualified in France, England and Wales, and registered to practice Singapore law, Lucas brings an international perspective and deep operational insight, having also previously completed in-house secondments with both a global pharmaceutical group and a US medical device company in ASEAN.
Lucas is a member of the SIAC Reserve Panel of Arbitrators at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and is recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a Recommended Lawyer in Singapore (2025–2026) and by Asian Legal Business as a 2024 Rising Star.
