Rebecca is a commercial litigator who represents companies and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes across a broad range of industries. Her music law experience includes advising on and litigating copyright and contractual issues involving musical works, sound recordings, ownership and licensing rights, and other disputes arising within the music industry.

She also maintains a significant practice representing and advising brands, influencers, creators, and other individuals in the digital media and creator economy. She brings a deep understanding of social media platforms and the legal and business issues unique to those operating in these spaces. Rebecca has litigated disputes involving social media and digital content and understands the interplay among intellectual property rights, free speech, reputation, and the rapidly evolving ways in which content is created, distributed, and monetized online.

Drawing on her experience at the intersection of litigation, intellectual property, entertainment, and digital media, Rebecca brings a strategic and commercially focused perspective to her matters. She has a particular commitment to representing clients operating in creative and brand-driven industries and understands that disputes in these spaces often implicate considerations extending beyond the courtroom, including reputation, audience, brand value, and long-term business objectives.
