RiKaleigh Omosheyin

RiKaleigh Omosheyin is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. RiKaleigh advises clients on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, brand protection, and trademark enforcement, with a particular focus on developing and implementing global trademark strategies. She has extensive experience managing trademark portfolios and helping clients address brand protection challenges across multiple jurisdictions. 

RiKaleigh counsels clients on emerging intellectual property issues involving artificial intelligence, including risks associated with the use of third-party intellectual property in the development and training of generative AI technologies, intellectual property protection considerations involving AI-generated and AI-assisted content, and enforcement strategies as AI technologies continue to evolve.

She regularly advises clients on online brand protection, web-based infringement, cybersquatting disputes, domain name enforcement, and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.

Her clients include companies operating in the hospitality, fashion, beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, real estate, food and beverage, healthcare, and medical device sectors. In addition to counseling clients, RiKaleigh represents clients in trademark disputes in federal court and in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to joining the firm, RiKaleigh served as an associate in a Chicago based law firm where she focused on trademark and counterfeiting litigation. Her experience includes advising clients on policing web based counterfeiters, drafting briefs, and conducting research related to trademark lawsuits. In addition, RiKaleigh has experience advising clients as it relates to trademark prosecution, policing, and clearance.
