Annabelle North is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. Annabelle's practice focuses on advising sponsors of private funds with respect to legal and regulatory issues associated with fund formation and ongoing operational matters. Her experience includes working with both domestic and offshore advisers and private investment vehicles and covers a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and private credit funds. Annabelle also assists private fund sponsors with their own upper-tier arrangements, including management structuring, joint venture relationships, and co-investments.
Annabelle's practice also includes counseling institutional investors with respect to their investments in private funds, including their primary investments, co-investments, secondary investments, and investments in continuation vehicles.
