Arman Moeini is an associate at the firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Emerging Growth and Venture Capital, and Health Care and FDA groups. Arman’s practice includes a broad range of business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private financing, and joint ventures.
Arman brings particular expertise to corporate transactions involving healthcare and digital health businesses. His experience in the healthcare sector includes hospitals, health systems, behavioral health service providers, medical and dental service organizations, physician practices, digital health companies, medical device companies, and health care technology companies.
Frequently representing both physician-owned practices (as sellers) and private-equity backed healthcare operators (as buyers) in a number of high profile national and international transactions, Arman adds exceptional value to the deal process through his understanding of the intended outcomes, as well as constraints, on both sides of the table. Accordingly, he delivers effective and efficient service to his clients by focusing on the material deal points in negotiating deals towards a closing.
Prior to joining the firm, Arman served as a corporate associate at a U.S. based law firm. While there he represented private equity firms and public companies in M&A transactions (buy- and sell-side) primarily healthcare transactions structured around corporate practice of medicine models. His mid-level associate responsibilities included preparation and negotiation of principal transaction documents, due diligence review and preparation of supplemental requests, coordinating with various specialists, maintaining checklists, preparing issue lists for discussion with clients and opposing counsel, and assisting in acquisition financing and reps and warranties insurance.
