Cecilia represents employers across industries in complex employment litigation and high-stakes administrative proceedings. Her experience spans federal and state courts across the nation, as well as appearances before the EEOC, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.
Cecilia advises clients on a broad spectrum of employment disputes, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, workplace safety compliance, and restrictive covenant enforcement. She has particular experience navigating claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
In addition to her litigation work, Cecilia regularly counsels employers on day-to-day personnel matters, helping clients proactively manage risk and maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws.
