Daniel Greenaway is a partner in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. He concentrates his practice on launching funds and investment platforms for clients that raise capital across a global, primarily institutional, investor base. He has extensive experience advising institutional and boutique fund managers on private funds across private equity, venture capital, credit, infrastructure and real estate. Daniel acts for managers whether they are raising a discretionary fund, spinning out of an existing institution or raising co-investment funds. He also assists institutional investors on their fund investment and co-investment programmes.
