David Baghdassarian combines ingenuity and responsiveness in providing clients with corporate and transactional advice on a wide array of matters. He represents public and private companies on a broad range of commercial transactions, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and other business combination transactions as well as corporate governance and finance matters. David regularly represents clients across the globe in cross-border transactions.
His experience includes negotiating and drafting numerous types of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, strategic alliance agreements, stockholder agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, independent contractor agreements, asset-based lending facilities, factoring agreements, management and consulting agreements, and employment agreements. David played a significant role on a team that served as the external legal department for the world’s largest distributor of wireless phones and provider of related services during the company’s most dramatic period of global expansion.
David serves as Chair of the Disability Inclusion Subcommittee of the firm’s Opportunity and Inclusion Committee.
David is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice, which has been recognized with numerous awards including being named the 2022 Corporate Law Firm of the Year and ranked as National Tier 1 since 2010 in the Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” report.
