K&L Gates Advises Edward Jones in Acquisition of Natixis IM's Overlay Management Services Capabilities
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP advised leading North American financial services firm Edward Jones in its acquisition of Natixis Investment Managers' Overlay Management Services capabilities through the purchase of select assets and an exclusive license for certain proprietary technology. The deal is intended to further bolster Edward Jones’ ability to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services for clients and add deeper value for branch teams. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
