Marne Marotta is a partner and a member of the Public Policy and Law practice group, where she leads strategic advocacy efforts for clients across tech, trade, financial services, industrial policy, and large sporting events. Before joining the firm, Marne served as a staffer for Senators John Barrasso, Kelly Ayotte, and Scott Brown on a broad range of legislative and policy issues including banking, commerce, tax, trade, small business, and economic development. She played a key role in advancing major legislation, including the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act and the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act. She also secured the swift passage of a commemorative coin bill, which underscores her ability to navigate legislative processes with speed, precision, and results.
