Robert Leonard is a partner and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Robert was a partner at a multinational law firm where he advised on the structuring and organization of various master-feeder, side-by-side, and mini-master-feeder funds, catering to hedge fund managers implementing various strategies. Robert also counseled managers on seed deals, founder's classes, single-investor funds, and placement agreements, in addition to innovating modern methods for growing asset bases.
