SEC's Final Climate Rules

On Wednesday, 6 March 2024, the SEC finalized its rules relating to public company climate-related reporting requirements. These rules will require certain companies to disclose Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, if material, and other material climate-related risks in their filings.
