Spencer Green is an associate at the firm’s Nashville office. He is a member of the Health Care and FDA practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was an associate at a Nashville-based law firm where he was a member of multi-disciplinary transaction teams working with clients in the health care, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Spencer assisted companies and investors in strategic acquisitions and dispositions and funding activities involving private equity and venture capital firms. His experience in the health care sector includes hospitals, health systems, behavioral health services providers, dental support organizations, and health care information technology companies. Spencer also provided counsel to start-ups and emerging companies related to the formation of corporate entities, capital raising, and general corporate matters.
