He has extensive experience advising Hong Kong listed companies on compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, regulatory compliance and resumption of trading.
With years of experience in cross-border transactions, Vincent has a deep understanding of the legal framework in Mainland China, Hong Kong and international jurisdictions. He provides comprehensive legal advice to companies going overseas, guiding them from strategic planning through to implementation.
Vincent passed the inaugural GBA Legal Professional Examination in 2021.
