Grace Greer is an associate in the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. She advises clients on a wide range of international trade and regulatory compliance matters, including customs, economic sanctions, export controls, national security, and trade remedies. Her practice includes supporting clients with trade compliance assessments, regulatory analyses, due diligence, enforcement matters, and cross-border business activities involving US and international trade laws.

Grace advises clients across a range of industries, including aerospace and defense, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, technology, and semiconductors. She regularly works with clients in these sectors on matters involving export controls, economic sanctions, customs valuation, tariff classification, import and export compliance, restricted party screening, and cross-border regulatory risks. Her experience includes advising on US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements, import restrictions, and other trade compliance obligations, as well as conducting research and analysis on US and international customs and trade regulations to help clients navigate evolving legal requirements and manage compliance risks.

While in law school, Grace served as a law clerk in the firm's National Security and International Trade practice group, where she supported matters involving export controls, economic sanctions, customs compliance, foreign investment reviews, and other cross-border regulatory issues. She conducted legal research, analyzed regulatory developments, and assisted in preparing client advisories on international trade and national security matters. This experience provided a strong foundation for her current practice advising clients on complex regulatory and compliance issues.

Before entering private practice, Grace worked at a consulting firm, where she provided research and analytical support on regulatory, compliance, and strategic matters. Her work included evaluating first sale for export valuation methodologies under US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, analyzing US and international customs and trade requirements, supporting export classification and import control reviews, and assessing restricted party screening processes to help clients manage trade compliance risks.

Grace also served as a legal extern at a children's research hospital, where she assisted with contract review and drafting, conducted legal research on healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements, and analyzed state and federal laws affecting healthcare operations.

Additionally, as a Niemi Fellow at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, Grace developed legal memoranda and policy recommendations addressing constitutional and evidentiary issues and supported research and analysis on matters of public policy and legal governance.
